Hans Michael Rüdiger holds an MBA and a Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University where he also did his Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management. Subsequently, he worked as a consultant and manager for international companies such as Siemens and Honeywell International. Since 2004, he has been a freelance consultant, and also is a partner of the IKO Institute for Internal Customer Orientation.
Hans Michael Rüdiger has gained extensive teaching experience in higher learning institutions: amongst others, he has been a lecturer at University of San Diego, Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, University of Turin, Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Jacobs University Bremen; at Munich Business School, he is a lecturer for Process & Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Management, Strategic Management, Negotiation Techniques and Business in Emerging Markets – Latin America as well as Cases & Scenarios.
