Hannes Zander

Biography

Hannes Zander is a landscape architect and researcher. He is currently working as PhD Fellow at AHO where he is part of the Urbanization of Rural China project, led by Prof. Karl Otto Ellefsen. Previously, he has been working for research initiatives dealing with urbanism and landscape at Peking University and Harvard University, as well as a practicing landscape architect in design firms in the U.S. and Europe for five years. Hannes is holding a Master in Landscape Architecture degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and is co-founder of the independent think-tank International Landscape Collaborative ILC
