King’s Business School

Haeseen Park is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management in King’s Business School at King’s Business School. He received his PhD from Cornell University specialising in human resource studies and organisational behavior, and his MSc in Business Administration from Seoul National University, where he also received his BA and graduated summa cum laude.

Haeseen’s research interests include leadership and leadership development, relationships at work, impression management in organizations, and goal orientation, and his work has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology. His recent works focus on the relationships that employees build with their managers and also with the broader organisation and how these relationships are developed, maintained, and repaired over time.

Haeseen teaches courses in Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, and Human Resource Management to graduate and undergraduate students. He is a member of the Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
