Biography
Sciences Po
Co-founder of Liegey Muller Pons (LMP), European start-up leader in election campaign technologies, graduated from HEC and Harvard, Guillaume Liegey has learned to appreciate the importance of proper voters targeting during President Obama’s first election campaign in 2008. Guillaume, at the time a student at Harvard, was able to observe the democratic revolution created by this campaign, especially the door-to-door methods optimized by the Obama’s teams, thanks to the digital data bases. Guillaume decided to import those methods in France and in Europe, together with his partners, in order to put them to the service of politicians who wish to do democratic field work.
