Bio
Gregory W. Fischer is Professor of Management and Organization at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His primary research interests are in the field of judgment and decision making and in the applications of decision research to business and public policy decision making. In addition, he has active research interests in social cognition, particularly in how mental representations of social groups affect judgments about those groups and their members. Fischer’s main teaching interests are in Managerial Decision Making, Negotiation, and Foundations of Management and Organization.
