VICE PRESIDENT, LITIGATION & EMPLOYMENT LAW (1999 – 2007) & Government Affairs (2002 – 2005) Litigation: Led team of professionals responsible for managing company’s litigation and other disputed matters, including individual and class action lawsuits, third party subpoenas and government investigations/enforcement proceedings. Government Affairs: Led team of professionals responsible for establishing and executing company’s U.S. public policy strategy at local, state and federal level; began expansion of GA function outside U.S. DIRECTOR, LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LAW (1997 – 1999) Provided preventive counseling, policy drafting, advice, and training to human resources and business leaders in connection with labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour law, immigration, employee privacy, labor relations, internal investigations, non-competition agreements, protection of confidential information and trade secrets, and wrongful discharge.
