His dedication to scholarly service is evident through his receipt of both the Best Reviewer and Best Associate Editor Awards from Information Systems Research. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Editor for three prestigious INFORMS journals: Management Science, ISR, and Service Science. His previous contributions to the field include roles as a track chair and associate editor for the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), co-chairing the Symposium on Statistical Challenges in eCommerce Research (SCECR) twice, and serving as co-chair for the Workshop on Information Systems and Economics (WISE) on two occasions.

Before embarking on his academic journey, he held diverse roles in the professional world, working as an information systems auditor, a hardware design engineer, and, most recently, as a technology consultant with Accenture Canada in Toronto. In addition to his research pursuits, he imparts knowledge to graduate students through courses focused on data analytics and IT management.
