London Business School
George is a Partner of Hambro Perks, a director of HPL and is a member of the Investment Committee, as well as leading its investment team.
George focuses on the growth of Hambro Perks and our portfolio. He has driven Hambro Perks’ approach to capital allocation, portfolio management, performance tracking, the use of technology and investment committee decision-making. George has led multiple transactions including Muzmatch, Capitalise, Previse, Quorso, Antstream, GetGround, and TradeLedger.
Prior to joining Hambro Perks, George was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Co., where he worked with financial institutions and private equity firms on transactions and growth strategy. In addition, George led multiple firm initiatives including working with activist investors and analyst recruiting.
Before McKinsey, George worked as an adviser to the President of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and George Osborne MP. George graduated from Oxford University in Modern History and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
