As a leading academic and recognized expert in negotiation, deal making and conflict resolution, Dr Geoff Heald has over 30 years’ experience, acquired through his work with universities, business schools, diverse companies, government and special interest groups.

Negotiation Skills Programmes for Business Schools and Universities:

Geoff works on the interface between business, universities and society to design and present excellent research based and tailor-made negotiation skills programmes that enable clients to acquire the critical skills and knowledge necessary to achieve negotiation mastery, create value and become self-sufficient dealmakers. In addition, Geoff offers high quality locum negotiation education that is compliant with university accreditation standards. Negotiation courses can be offered in face-to-face (contact), digital, or off a flipped class platform.

Negotiation Skills Programmes for Business Clients:

Bespoke and competitively priced negotiation programmes are designed and presented in collaboration with clients. They often lead to an exponential financial return by virtue of the value of the deals that are created. Geoff designs simulations and writes cases that distil the drama of clients' business transaction into deep learning constructs on negotiation conduct. Through this process, delegates are able to unlock the inherent value in the transaction and discover their unique negotiation capabilities.
