Biography

An experienced faculty member at The American University of Paris, Professor Hamilton brings a wide range of business management and academic experience to the Department of Economics and Management. She teaches managerial accounting, operations management and delivers capstone and project-based learning experiences as well as serving as Department Chair. Hamilton holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from INSEAD. In addition to stints at IBM, two family businesses, and two training-consulting firms of her own, she dedicated six years of her career to AUP as Associate and Administrative Dean. She feels her best contribution to the AUP classroom is to combine her relevant and pragmatic professional experience with academic theories.
