Fredrick Ogola

Dr. Fred Ogola is the Academic Director MBA programs, Director of the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness and Senior Lecturer of Strategy and Decision Making at Strathmore Business School. He is also Director Strategy and Investments of Property Reality Company and also Sits in the Board of the Arch Diocese of Nairobi Health Board. Dr.Ogola is a Part-time Professor of IESE Business School, the Leading Business School in Executive Education in the world. He also holds a Visiting Professor Position of University of St. Gallen, the Best University in German Speaking Europe. He is a consultant on strategy formulation, Strategy Execution and Change Management Dr. Ogola holds a PhD in Management Science and Innovation with a focus on Strategy and Execution from ESADE Business School Barcelona Spain, a top business school in the world.He obtained Master in Management Science and Innovation from ESADE Business. He also holds MBA- Strategic Management from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, BA Social Sciences- Psychology- Uganda Martyrs University and BA Philosophy from Pontificia Università Urbaniana, Rome Italy. He is a member of European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) and European Academy of Business In Society (EABIS). He has advised several SMEs in Structuring their management processes and setting their governance structures and also advised Crystal Ventures, the largest investment group in Rwanda in developing a strategic plan and business plan covering 5 years starting 2013.Dr. Ogola, had advised Helios Towers on Strategy and Execution Journey from when they transitioned with financing from private investors to when they stabilized. He has also Lead consultant on Strategy Training with CIC Insurance, Strategy and Execution Journey with Apex Porter Noveli, building its strategy from scratch to fully operational strategy . Dr. Ogola has advised Metropolitan Insurance on their Expansion through Acquisition and diversification Strategy,Reviewed and Formulated the Strategic plan for AG Group and its Integrated Firms: Power, Energy and Oil and Gas.He has also Reviewed and Formulated the 2014-2019 Strategic Plan and Execution for Musoni Kenya LTD. Dr.Ogola has Reviewed and Formulated 2016-2019 Strategic Plan and Execution of STIMA SACCO, Reviewed and Formulated Strategic plan of Maisha Sacco on Going, Formulated 2015-2023 Strategic Plan Drugs for Neglected Disease Initiative (DNDi),Formulated the 2017-2022 Resource Mobilization Strategy for the President’s Award Kenya.
