Frans van Loef

Frans van Loef is a Partner at Bolster, an international boutique consultancy firm specialized in strategy execution and transformation. He is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience as a driving force behind strategy execution, business growth, and profitability for international companies.

Frans has an entrepreneurial background with 2 MBO experiences (CVC Capital as Private Equity provider). He is an expert in creating “FreeCapacity” in organizations: a hands-on approach of unlocking and adjusting organizational capacity (time & talent) towards what really has to be done on strategy execution. Some of his recent assignments include projects in financial services, health, pharma, logistics, IT, and education. Frans is the author of management books related to managing scarce human resources. The English translation of his latest book Freecapacity will be launched in summer 2019.
