Frans came to the leadership development and coaching sector over a decade ago from a successful high-profilecareer in international insurance and risk management. He brings knowledge of international markets and perspective as an ex-CEO of a European company, Non-Exec Chairman of a financial services organisation in London, and until recently, UK Director and US President of a coaching organisation which he founded, where he played a critical role in the establishment, growth and successful sale of the business.
