Founder of MarkITx, a neutral exchange to trade enterprise IT (Data center). IT hardware is a commodity and should be traded like one (TM) We built the central clearing firm to trade networking, server, storage and SAN Globally. Bringing transparency to a $187B fragmented and opaque market.
Built to $220M in order flow in Year (2) with a sustainable path for growth
Collected $70B of primary market data which sets up the secondary market
Built proprietary algorithms specific for the secondary market
Raised $7M of capital along with a succession based Management Team, Board of Directors, and Board of Advisors.
Built multiple streams of revenue (data feed, membership, exchange, and bulk trading (auction) to drive user experience and engagement.
API for the data in exchange for order flow with some of the largest banks and exchanges to drive volume
Strategic Alliances with CME, CDW, UBS, Netrix, Telx, JLL, CBRE, & Digital Realty (pending) to build an ecosystem for all parties to benefit on the transparency and mark to market data. This data illustrates the current spot market and predictability around the optimal time to refresh.
