Dr. Morgan was the Global Director of Executive Development & Leadership with global responsibility for talent management and leadership development at Dow Chemical. Prior to Dow he was Professor of Management and Director of Executive Programs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Frank has over 20 years of business experience in human resources and line management. He was formerly Senior Group Vice President for Berol-Sanford Corporation, responsible for companies in Latin America, Asia and Europe as well as worldwide human resources, manufacturing, public relations and research & development. He was on the faculty of the University of Virginia and Director of Executive Education at The Darden School.

Frank’s current areas of interest include international business, strategy, human resources, coaching, and leadership. He has taught in the MBA programs at UNC, Northwood University, Darden, the University of Ulster (Ireland), Universidad de la Sabana (Colombia), as well as executive education programs in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the USA. He is the author of several articles on human resources and strategy in the Personnel Journal, Harvard Business Review and other international periodicals. He is an active international consultant in the areas of strategy, human resources, and international competitiveness. He was on the Board of Directors of the international relief organization CARE.
