Over the past 37 years I have specialized exclusively in Commercial Law. This includes Contract review bank documentation and preparation and formation of business entities I have extensive e[perience appearing before governmental bodies on both the State and local level including City Councils Planning and Zoning Boards as well as Licensing Boards.
