Biography

Françoise is a consultant, academic and author with a national profile. She is a major contributor to the field of Organizational Development (OD) with a proven ability to think and act across systems. Consequently, her career spans across the country and internationally. Her main area of expertise is Leadership Development: through a variety of interventions, she helps individuals, organizations and communities enhance leadership capacity. A thought leader, she is often featured in the media and consulted on best practices. A much in demand speaker in both official languages, she regularly presents at major conferences.

An innovative thinker and pioneer, Françoise has significantly contributed to professionalizing the OD field and is currently engaged in bringing a structured, strategic and long-term approach to leadership development in all sectors of the economy.
