Biography

THNK School of Creative Leadership

Founder at Neon42

My experience and deep interests:

I am based in: Moscow

Other projects and organizations include: Portfolio and Blog

I have been working for more than 18 years across multiple countries, covering many fields in communication and marketing, handling positions in strategy, management and brand building in major creative networks. My work has been largely awarded - Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, Epicas, Effies and more than 80 local accolades.

I became a brand and innovation consultant, working for different types of companies, from big corporations to start-ups all around the world. I’m in the process of creating a very unique consultancy of my own- Neon42, a unique model that develops very specific knowledge and valuable edge to any business, deeply inspired by the demanding entertainment industry environment. There is still a lot of work to be done in order to give complete birth to this amazing project.

Creativity in all forms has always been my main focus. My purpose in life would be to bring excitement and passion to all that people experience every day. I strongly believe that the main challenge is to bring back brands into people’s conversations and points of interest. The role of the leader would be to bring this to life by always providing inspiration, motivation and delight to achieve great and exciting things. My background in communication and marketing might have helped to understand people better, though I believe that there is much more to be done than delivering a nice TV campaign.

As I like to be fully hands-on, I am also a writer (book ‘Tranches de Mort’, the second one in preparation), a screenwriter (one of my short movies was long-listed for the Oscars), and a musician (playing on the same stage with Korn or Pantera). I also inspired one of the characters of the book ’99 Francs’ from Frederic Beigbeder.
