Partner in charge of the Procedural Law Department of VIALEGIS Abogados. With extensive experience in all types of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration; However, within his scope of action, due to the importance that it currently has, he has developed specialization in judicial proceedings in matters of "Consumers and Users", advising various Companies, especially Financial Entities.
Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, obtaining Extraordinary Degree Award. Doctor of Law from the University of Barcelona. He has been Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Barcelona from 1988 to 1999, the year in which he became the Director of the Procedural Law Area of “ESADE” Faculty of Law, “Ramón Llull” University (Barcelona) and the coordination, in the aforementioned University, of the "Civil Litigation" of the Master of Access to the profession of Lawyer. He has also been Professor at the "Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training" of the Generalitat de Catalunya and collaborator of the "Judicial School of Spain" dependent on the General Council of the Judiciary, in the organization of training sessions for Judges, Magistrates and professionals of the world of Law.
He has made various publications and articles in his specialty, Civil / Mercantile Procedure; organizing and participating in Conferences, Roundtables and Seminars in various Universities and Institutions.
He has been Secretary General and Vice President of the Independent Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Catalonia (AIJEC); combining the positions with those of Director of the Legal Advisory Commission, arbitrator in conflicts between the partners and their companies and Legal Consultant of the Executive Commission. He is also a founding member and member of the AFA (Association for the Promotion of Arbitration).
Since 1988 he has been dedicated to advising various Councils and Departments of the "Government of Andorra"; collaborating with various lawyers from the aforementioned country, in civil and commercial judicial proceedings of great importance.
