Francis Ssekitto

An information science professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS Hons.) and a Masters in Information Technology with a strong bias in IT strategy and Information System implementation. I am currently working Makerere University as an academic in the Department of Records and Archives Management. I also coordinate Open, Distance and E-learning in the School of Library and Information Science As of 2021, I am currently pursuing my PhD in Information and Knowledge Management -(Health consumer information for diabetes among youths in Uganda) at the University of Johannesburg.
