Biography
CBS Executive
Francesco is Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at the Department of Strategic Management and Globalization.
His main research interests are in the areas of strategic management and economics and management of innovation. More specifically, they include innovativeness of individuals, multiple organisational performances, antecedents and implications of mobility of strategic human capital, inter-organisational knowledge flows, corporate venture capital in high-tech industry. His research is empirically developed primarily in the pharmaceutical industry.
Francesco holds a PhD in Management Science from ESADE Business School and a MSc. in Business and Administration from Bocconi University. Before starting the academic carrier, Francesco worked as consultant for McKinsey&Co. and for Accenture in the Management Consulting and Financial Markets division.
