Florian Deutzmann

Dr. Florian Deutzmann is Project Leader at one of the worldwide leading management consulting firms. He is based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Prior to becoming a full-time consultant, Florian worked as Assistant Professor of Marketing at Erasmus School of Economics (Rotterdam) researching and teaching on topics in quantitative marketing, innovation management, and new product launch. Florian holds a PhD in Management and a Master of Research in Management (MRM) from IESE Business School, Barcelona (Spain). He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne (Germany) and at Dublin City University (Ireland) and holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (Master’s equivalent). Moreover, he graduated from HEC Paris (France) and the University of Cologne with a M.Sc. in International Management (CEMS MIM).

He consulted several prestigious multi-national companies from the consumer goods, telecommunications, media, IT, insurance, re-insurance, industrial goods, MedTech and pharma industry in Germany, China, France, Italy, UK and The Netherlands. During his time as university professor, Florian taught courses on “Innovation and Marketing” as well as on “Developing and Marketing New Products” at the Erasmus School of Economics at bachelor and master levels.
