Travel, yoga and meditation, food, and cooking make me develop this passion in my entire life: being curious about the world, people, emotions, and experiences...

Business acumen is where I am coming from: graduated from a business school (EM Lyon in France) and a vast experience leading teams in audit and processes, finance and procurement in France and Spain.

I had the chance to lead transforming and challenging projects, mainly in a pharma company, such as Stock market entry, European ERP implementation, Finance shared services center creation, Purchasing department reorganization, Transformation Office to implement a new strategy and culture, European company restructuring.

Along the way, I reinforced this key-learning: the people are the value that makes me moving... and that makes any organization or project wealthy. People are those making the difference and achieving results in the organizations. Your people, your success.

Rich of this discovering, I decided to complete my personal skills and abilities with an executive coach certification by the International Coach Federation (ACC & Team Coach). Since 2017, I am now fully dedicated to transforming consultancy to customize holistic solutions for organizations. Blooming people, blooming business.
