Harvard Law School

Erin Walczewski is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, where she has co-taught both Innovation in Legal Education and Practice and the Problem Solving Workshop since 2014.

Ms. Walczewski is a practicing attorney with Cooley LLP, serving as pro bono counsel with expertise in nonprofits and low-income entrepreneurs. She previously worked in venture capital financing and then in attorney development, teaching both skills-based courses and substantive law. She is also a contributing editor of The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Business Law, 5th edition (2016).

Ms. Walczewski served as the Director of the Kirkland Pre-Law Program at Harvard College from 2008 to 2018 and continues to advise pre-law applicants regularly. From 2010 to 2012 she taught negotiation as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition to negotiation, she frequently presents on entrepreneurship, attorney development, and professional communication. She graduated valedictorian from Truman State University with a B.S. in political science and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
