Eric Lundgren

As Vice President of the Program Management Unit at Social Impact, Eric is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multi-year, multi-million dollar monitoring and evaluation projects around the globe, providing support to USAID to improve the quality and use of their evaluations and monitoring data. Previously, Eric was the Director of International Operations for IMPAQ, supporting a portfolio of qualitative and quantitative evaluations of development projects around the world. Eric has served as the Director of International Programs for Africare, where he managed a portfolio of roughly 70 projects in 17 countries and oversaw approximately 1200 staff. Eric also served as Africare’s Country Director in Mozambique where he was responsible for overseeing all operations in country, including program oversight, business development, and financial management of Africare's operations. Earlier in his career, Eric worked in various roles as a member of the environment and social assessment team at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC); led the development and implementation of Sail Caribbean’s environmental conservation and education program in the British Virgin Islands as the program’s founder and director; and was the associate director of Proyecto Camino Seguro in Guatemala City.
