Biography
Management School ESSCA
Emmanuel Bayo taught Law for 17 years in several universities and schools, acting at the same time as a legal officer in various professional areas (cabinet, bank, professional confederation). He teaches Law at ESSCA since 2010. Since August 2018 he heads the « Law Section » within Management and Corporate Environment Department. He also participates in school’s incubator/nursery.
He authors courses, books and articles. His research topics are Business Law, Law governing cooperatives and transversality between Law and Management science.
