The University of Auckland Business School

Elizabeth George has an active research interest in non-standard work arrangements and diversity in the workplace. She has a PhD in Organisation Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of six international editorial boards and is an associate editor of the Academy of Management Annals and editor in chief of Organizational Psychology Review.
