Elizabeth van Geerestein PhD is a Master Certified Coach who coaches senior executives, entrepreneurs and management teams through successful leadership, career, and organizational transitions. Elizabeth specializes in Leadership Coaching, Leadership Development, Career Transition and Leadership Team Development, with a strong emphasis on personal and organizational transformation, and developing high performing teams. As a coach to senior leadership Elizabeth has guided leaders to more effective performance, engagement and collaboration resulting in accomplishment of stretch goals, through extension of influence, and an engaged alignment with critical business initiatives. She has served clients in all sectors and her Global Assignments extend throughout Europe, North America, Australia, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Elizabeth is co-developer and designer of the successful programs Voice is Power and Coaching Skills for Managers & Leaders.

Dr. van Geerestein is an Adjunct Professor Personal Leadership Development (PLD) at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) Erasmus University, The Netherlands. Elizabeth contributes across all the MBA programs (International, Executive and Global Executive), and designs the PLD curriculum of the OneMBA Global Executive MBA Program. This crucial course is designed to “develop self-aware leaders able to effectively manage relationships and to positively impact global business & society”.

With several years of P&L and day-to-day leadership responsibility, Elizabeth brings to each project a solid combination of business acumen, expertise in a reflective and results-oriented coaching process. The common theme in all her programs is to optimize individual and organizational results by developing capacity to envision and create emergent futures.
