Hertie School of Governance

Elias Brumm is a Doctoral Student at the Hertie School of Governance. He is an economist with research interests in the political economy of reform, fiscal federalism, international public finance, and sovereign debt crises. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
