Executive director roles in the Murray & Roberts group, which was in those years a diversified industrial conglomerate, gave  deep experience in leading or active involvement in mergers and acquisitions; business disposals; turnaround management; strategic planning; conflict resolution; union negotiations; and organisational- and people-change initiatives.

Significant Achievements

• ​Started the CoachTrax Business Coaching Course,which ran successfully and which achieved the status of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). This course is now the GIBS Professional Business Coaching Programme. ​
  
• Eileen is one of South Africa''s few credentialed coaches at the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
