Ed has over 12 years’ experience advising the remuneration committees and management teams of UK and international companies (whether listed or privately-owned) on all aspects of executive remuneration, helping to ensure that remuneration reinforces business strategy, culture and long-term shareholder value creation. He has significant experience consulting on: short- and long-term incentive design; performance measurement; target setting; IFRS2 valuations; and benchmarking pay levels and structures. Ed also specialises in advising companies looking to IPO on appropriate remuneration frameworks and incentive structures to reinforce success post-Listing, as well as on appropriate solutions from transitioning remuneration from current arrangements to those that are fit-for-purpose and appropriately aligned with common and best practice for a listed company.
