Dwight Poler opened Bain Capital Europe in 2000 and has since been its Managing Director and Head of Europe, as well as a member of the management board of the global firm. Dwight teaches on the highly popular Private Equity and Venture Capital elective and is a key player in the Private Equity Masterclass Executive Education course. He is also a founding member of the School’s Private Equity at LBS Advisory Board.
