His background includes hands-on experience in projects such as construction, community development, procurement, business development and plant turnarounds. He is a seasoned instructor and engages his audiences with humor and real world advice. Combining his business experience with his training skills, he helps hundreds of individuals reach new levels of effectiveness and excellence. Doug holds a McLaughlin Masters Certificate in Project Management from Durham College and is a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management.
