Dorothy Lazovik

Dorothy Lazovik is a leadership brand specialist, cosh, facilitator, guest speaker and a mother.  Since starting her business in 2002, she has worked with leaders and organizations that are fully committed to getting real about who they are and playing bigger.

As a former executive in the US retail industry, with more than 20 years of experience in fashion, sales and marketing, Dorothy works with evolving leaders that span over 15 industries. She provides a personal brand solution to strengthen their inner game, which allows them to lead with greater certainty, position their value and consistently deliver outstanding results.

Dorothy also enjoys her role of being a mentor and building effective Mastermind groups to support the career development of young female professionals. She also offers her time to several organizations, and is actively committed to, working with women that have experienced violence.

For six consecutive years - from 2008 to 2013 - Dorothy was nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award.
