Dominique Foually regularly teaches and is in charge of seminars addressing management, change management and the evolution of organizations within HEC Executive Education.

His career has been dedicated to the management of human resources, both in French industrial and retail companies - more particularly, with Bouygues - and with a professional recruitment consultancy.

Dominique Foually teaches and directs team-based interventions with managers and executives on topics such as leadership, organizational cultures and management styles, conducting change, team management, etc.

Dominique Foually holds a Master''s degree in Human Resources. He is also a psychologist specialized in work relations and a legal practitioner specialized in Social Law.
