Dijo Alexander

Dijo Alexander''s professional experience spans 26 years in technology, process, information and people management. As the Head of Technology at CallidusCloud, a cloud software company based out of the SF Bay area, he leads the Litmos Learning Management Systems business. He is also a Practitioner Scholar and PhD Research Fellow of Management Design and Innovation at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, conducting research on organizational reengineering necessary for digital enterprises. His research interests are digital innovation and entrepreneurship focusing on organizational transformation in the digital age, and mindful choice and design of technology for societal use. He is currently engaged in building next generation intelligent learning and customer experience automation systems based on advanced digital technologies like machine learning and big data analytics.
