Teaming a great group of people, I successfully transformed a specialized niche firm into a market leader global company with operations in more than 80 countries providing services for the major software publishers. I’m passionate of IP & IT Law, Risk, compliance, antitrust and regulatory law. Experienced negotiator and head of large organizations. Graduated with highest honours at Universidad Católica Boliviana, PHD initinere at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Master Degree in Public Policy at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Former Legal Counsellor at the Telecommunication’s Regulatory Authority in Bolivia; member of the negotiation team in the Free Trade Agreement –Andean Countries – USA- negotiations; professor of IT Law, Constitutional Law and Public Law at Universidad Real, Universidad de Los Andes, UNIR and Affiliate of CopyrightX program for Spain, organized by Harvard Law School and Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University.
