Biography
In addition to being a nationally syndicated radio host, award-winning speaker, author, and educator, Dr. Hamilton is a thought leader in the fields of leadership, sales, marketing, management, engagement, personality, curiosity, and motivation. To help improve relationships in the workplace — and performance as a result — Dr. Hamilton draws on her decades of work experience in software, computers, corporate training, pharmaceuticals, real estate, mortgage lending, social media, education, and publishing.
A sought-after expert in emotional intelligence, Dr. Hamilton’s research has been published widely in peer-reviewed journals. She is the creator of the Curiosity Code Index® and Perception Power Index, as well as the author of five books sold worldwide: Cracking the Curiosity Code, The Power of Perception, The Online Student’s User Manual, How to Reinvent Your Career, and It’s Not You, It’s Your Personality. Her book regarding personalities was required reading at an Arizona-based university, where she was also nominated for an honorary doctorate in addition to her traditionally-obtained Ph.D. in Business Management.
Dr. Hamilton’s success in multiple industries, authoring books, and career as an MBA Program Chair and Assistant Professor propelled Dr. Hamilton into the speaking world, and now she is regularly hired by companies like Forbes to speak to organizations to increase engagement, improve productivity, and reduce conflict. Whether through her radio show, a webinar, or a live presentation, Dr. Hamilton presents to and interviews leaders from some of the top organizations in the modern workplace.
Incorporating her nearly four decades of real-world experience, Dr. Hamilton provides strategies that are ready to implement and create results. With a Ph.D. in Business, she has taught over 1,000 business-related courses and is a qualified Myers-Briggs and a certified Emotional Intelligence instructor.

Dr. Diane Hamilton has authored several books and her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals. Her radio show is nationally syndicated on multiple AM/FM stations throughout the United States and is available through iTunes, iHeart, Roku, and other top platforms.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Hamilton has dedicated her career to researching success in business. In addition to her traditional doctorate, she was nominated for an honorary doctorate and has received multiple awards for speaking, presenting, reviewing, and publishing.
Education
Dr. Diane received her bachelor's from Arizona State University, a master's from the University of Phoenix, and a PhD from Northcentral University.
Diane has professional designations as an EQ-I Instructor, Arizona Real Estate License, and a Certified Medical Representative. She owns the Distinguished Faculty Scholar Award, as well as the Outstanding Research Award.

Diane brings 25 years of practical leadership, management, and business experience to coaching, training, and consulting. She helps clients leverage their strengths, maximize their potential, and achieve individual and organizational objectives. Diane helps companies identify and develop their leadership talent, increase the effectiveness of their leadership teams, and assess their cultures and navigate organizational change.
She has consulted, trained, or coached leaders in a variety of organizations, large and small, including Alliant Energy, Capital One, Citrix, Cypress Semiconductor, Credit Union National Association, Henry Ford Health Systems, ProHealth Care, Publix Super Markets, QBE the Americas, Schneider National, Toyota, and URS.
Diane holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has served in various volunteer positions or on boards or committees of professional and community organizations.
