Delphine Oliver

Professional Certified Coach

Biography

-

As an integral coach, I bring new energy to the health and wellness landscape. My area of specialisation is rehabilitation – as it relates to physical and emotional strain, chronic symptoms of stress, fatigue, breakdown and burnout.

Qualified in the medical science field and trained in the more abstract behavioural neuroscience workings of the mind, I take the concept of holistic healing into fresh territory with effective coaching strategies and wellness programmes where progress is tangible and genuinely measurable.

By combining adaptive physiological, emotional health and psychological processes, I am able to guide clients to a place where they can heal and recover without compromising performance.

Today, simply by virtue of being human beings on planet earth, we’re all victims of some stress disorder that affects our health and may cause lifestyle diseases. Working with you as a compassionate guide, I will first guide you towards the skill of self-awareness through non-judgemental self-observation and reflection, and then how to self-regulate your emotions and your body. These are important and necessary skills to achieve behaviour change resulting in stronger emotional health and improved productivity.
