I am currently a Business Mentor, Speaker, Executive Coach, and Electronics & Software Development Director in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. I have over 20 years of international experience in research, Academia and industry. After starting my career at CERN, I have shifted from very technical activities to business positions. My technology and business background, and my passion for people come together to support colleagues, entrepreneurs, and executives in their development. Besides being a native Spanish speaker, I am bilingual in English and have full professional proficiency in French and Swedish. I have lived in Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and France and carried out projects with teams all around the world.
