Debra Dubow has been an Organization Development leader for over 25 years in a variety of global industries including Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Financial Services, & Automotive
Debra’s depth of professional knowledge includes transforming organizations and leaders to build capability, navigate through tremendous change, and enhance their overall effectiveness to create a culture that inspires employees and enhances performance.
Her skill sets encompasses coaching, competency development, organizational design, large systems interventions, strategic planning, leadership & team development, facilitation, learning design and delivery, and business consultation.
Most recently, Debra worked for the Genentech Division within Roche Pharmaceuticals as part of Clinical Operations. She worked remotely and traveled internationally creating opportunities for cross-functional leaders to collaborate leveraging innovative learning and meeting designs to increase creativity and “new ways of working.”
She also has experience creating a “Learning Ownership Culture” globally, while developing new competencies and identifying new skills required to prepare for the future. Debra often provides Virtual Sessions and forums to enhance global interactions and learning around the globe. She enjoys challenging assumptions and shifting mindsets to encourage diverse and new ways of thinking.
Aside from working closing with senior leadership partners, Debra loves to mentor others, she has many followers who enjoy working and learning from her, and finds her passion and enthusiasm infectious. She truly likes to lead from behind, while encouraging others to grow and take on new challenges.
