Deborah Stephens

Ms. Stephens is managing consultant at the McAteer Group of Companies, where she has senior corporate responsibilities including communications, governance and compliance for a variety of clients, particularly multi-employer welfare and pension trust funds. With over 25 years of diverse industry experience in providing strategic advice on plan design, funding, cost containment, communications and client management, Ms. Stephens brings a wealth of knowledge from her professional background, which includes multinational consulting and group and individual roles at a major carrier and third-party administrators. She also has experience with collective agreements and consulting in the trusteed arena.
