Debbie Himsel

I am an author, speaker, executive coach, educator, facilitator and consultant. Having spent over twenty years in senior roles at Pfizer, Deutsche Bank and Avon Products , I bring a practical, straightforward and results oriented approach to all my client engagements. I am known for the passion I bring to my work and my commitment to and partnership with my clients. My client list is diverse and my work to date has taken me to over 45 countries.

I head up Himsel and Associates, and am also an adjunct faculty with Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, I will often do work as an affiliate or consultant with other larger firms such as Pivot Leadership and Goodstone Coaching Group.
