Davida joined the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in 1994 after a successful career in broadcast journalism with top television news organizations throughout the southeastern United States. Along with facilitation and executive coaching duties, she’s held a broad range of leadership roles in campus operations, program management and product development. Early in her career with CCL, Davida served as Worldwide Director of the Center’s flagship the Leadership Development Program (LDP)®. Then, Davida advanced to manage CCL’s largest campus as Campus Director for the Greensboro, North Carolina location. For over 10 years, Davida has served as program manager, design lead and facilitator for a yearlong multi-session initiative for emerging senior executives at the nonprofit health system Catholic Health Partners (CHP). The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) recognized that work by awarding two Excellence in Practice Awards to CHP and CCL.
