Daniels College of Business

David Worley is executive director of Executive Education at the Daniels College of Business. He oversees all strategic, program, faculty and operational elements of the Executive Education program.

Prior to Daniels, Worley was the vice president of enrollment and institutional advancement at the Iliff School of Theology, where he led Iliff’s enrollment, student services and fundraising operations. Before returning to higher education, he worked as a consulting civil engineer in New York. He has taught Leadership and Organizational Development for eight years, where his focus has been primarily on organizational development and leadership in complex organizations. His academic expertise is in leadership and management, monetary economics, cultural theory and the construction of social realities. In addition to his doctoral dissertation, he is the author of two academic peer-reviewed publications and several popular-level articles and podcasts.
