About the course

Communicating as a team and understanding your organization

One of our most impactful and popular workshops, Effective Communication Using Insights Discovery®, now has a much anticipated part 2! Insights is a self-assessment meant to help you understand your communication preferences and the preferences of those around you. This half-day offering will expand on the applicability of the Insights tool for team building and for understanding complex organizational dynamics. We plan to offer this workshop in-person as University policies allow.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

This workshop utilizes the Insights Discovery assessment and frameworks.

By attending this workshop you will:

  • Develop awareness of your team’s communication preferences
  • Improve team communication, trust and interpersonal dynamics
  • Understand how to calibrate your unique style to better fit your particular organization

Program Structure

This workshop will be from 9 am to 12:30 pm. This workshop is a great addition to our existing Effective Communication Using Insights Discovery workshop. It provides tools, tactics, and ideas for incorporating Insights effectively into your team and company culture. We plan to offer this workshop in-person as University policies allow.

*Prior to attending this workshop, each participant will need to complete the Insights Discovery Assessment.
