International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Mr. Myles has 27 years of experience in the pensions and benefits field including working in multi-employer, corporate and consulting environments. His experience includes Canadian, U.S. and international benefits and pension administration and management. Mr. Myles recently joined Honda Canada Inc. as the manager of total rewards, where he is responsible for compensation, pension and benefits strategy, governance and administration, as well as oversight of payroll. He sits on the Honda Canada Pension Committee, the HR subcommittee and the Honda North America Compensation Committee. In his previous role with Nexans SA, a multinational wire and cable manufacturer based in Paris, he was manager of compensation and benefits, North America, where he co-chaired the Nexans North America Pension Management Committee and Benefits Steering Committee and also sat on the Nexans Global Benefits Steering Committee. Mr. Myles received a diploma in business administration with a major in human resources from Sheridan College. He is one of few Canadians holding the U.S. designations CEBS, RPA and GBA, all of which were earned in 2007
