Summary A key focus for me is working with individuals in organisations to develop their capacity to manage, lead and support sustainable change. My passion is working with, and learning from, professional organisations where they face the challenge of using diversity to advantage. I am intrigued by the richness that comes from working with people who have different perspectives coming from their different regional, national or corporate cultures. I relish the challenge of helping them turn these to mutual benefit. I travel extensively, working in Asia, UK/Europe and the USA. Manager Whitbread Breweries 1975 – 1988 (13 years) I worked at several locations during my time with the company. Initially as Brewery Scientist, then Shift Manager, Quality Manager and Exec Member.
