With the great instability in transportation markets in North America in 2018, Dave's team has matched supply, demand, price, resources and costs to great impact on the bottom line. Now 30 strong, the balanced team has shattered its targets in both long term and short term plans. Having developed a new, real time decision support system, the analytics team continues to forge ahead breaking new ground.

Dave is a high energy, hard working leader with unique abstract reasoning ability, exceptional intellectual and emotional intelligence and a natural ability to organize and negotiate. Dave has proven he has what it takes to develop strong, high functioning teams, and lead them to achieve success in the short and long run.

Outside work, Dave has become a student of long distance running, having completed a first full and half marathon. He has also coached soccer at many levels over the last 14 years. His passion is bringing teams together for sport, and for physical and social development. In 2010, he was declared coach of the year by his district. In addition, Dave is heavily involved at Eastview Community Church, and One88 Church as a member of the leadership board providing spiritual support and leadership.
