Professor Daniel Paredero has extensive experience in leveraged finance (LBOs), project finance and debt restructuring at different international financial institutions. Daniel is currently a partner at Finae Partners, helping medium-sized companies in debt restructuring, sale/acquisition and family business succession processes, as well as in defining and implementing their optimal capital structure.
